Our air-set refractory mortar is a ready-to-use solution designed for lining refractory bricks and insulation bricks. It combines high-quality refractory materials and binders to deliver excellent adhesiveness at room temperature and superior bonding strength after sintering at 1200℃–1500℃.

Ideal for bonding insulation and refractory bricks, it is perfect for sealing and repairing furnaces, combustion chambers, boilers, stoves, flues, ducts, chimneys, and various other high temperature refractory applications.

Usage Guidelines:
- For a thickness of 1.7–3.0 mm, dry at 110℃ for 4 hours.
- For uneven surfaces or thickness 3.1–5.0 mm, first dry at 80℃ for 4 hours, then increase to 110℃ for 4 hours.
- Adhesive can be removed before drying without affecting performance.
